BCDC Lawsuit with City of Oakland — Isabel Chamberlain (BCDC Manager of Enforcement & Compliance) debriefs on September legal proceedings and enforcement actions, plus an update with Anne Usher on BCDC's regional ADV (Abandoned & Derelict Vessel) program.
New DMV Requirements for Marine Lien Sales — Recently enacted state DMV changes requiring harbor masters to have a prior contract to lien an abandoned vessel, and the impact on hazard-to-navigation and end-of-life vessel disposal costs.
